Agreement
By accessing or using Web3 Copilot, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services. “Web3 Copilot,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the product studio operating the website, browser extension and related services.
The service
Web3 Copilot provides browser-based research tools that organize public blockchain and protocol information, classify addresses, present analytical reports and support contextual questions. Some features may be experimental, limited, changed or unavailable while the extension is in review or active development.
Limited license
Subject to these terms, Web3 Copilot grants users a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the services for lawful research purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits or access controls.
- Interfere with the service or introduce malicious code.
- Scrape, overload or automate access beyond provided functionality.
- Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it.
- Misrepresent a report as verified financial, legal or compliance advice.
- Use the service to violate the rights of another person or platform.
No financial advice
Web3 Copilot provides research information, not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting or security advice. Reports do not recommend a transaction, certify an address as safe or predict future performance. You are responsible for independent verification and for every decision involving digital assets.
Blockchain data and automated output
Blockchain, token, protocol and market data may be delayed, incomplete, incorrectly labeled or changed by third-party sources. Automated and AI-assisted explanations may contain errors or omit relevant context. Always review source data before relying on a report.
Wallet and device security
Web3 Copilot does not require private keys or seed phrases for its research functions. You are responsible for protecting devices, browsers, accounts and wallet credentials. Never submit a private key or seed phrase to the extension, demo, report or support channel.
Third-party services
The services may rely on or link to blockchains, protocols, data providers, AI providers, browser stores and third-party websites. Web3 Copilot does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, security, availability or terms.
Intellectual property and feedback
The extension, website, interface, branding, software and original content are owned by Web3 Copilot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, while keeping ownership of any underlying rights you cannot legally waive.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, including beta features, integrations and supported websites. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every address, chain, protocol or page will be supported.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or continuous availability. Mandatory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web3 Copilot and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profits or data, digital-asset loss, or decisions made from a report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, the service is being abused, or action is needed to protect users, infrastructure or third parties. Users may stop using and uninstall the extension at any time.
General terms
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Web3 Copilot, while mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to privacy@web3copilots.com.
